PRIVACY AGREEMENT

İKİTELLİ OSB MAH. DERSAN S7 BLOK SK. DERSAN S7 NO: 7S İÇ KAPI NO: 205 BAŞAKŞEHİR/İSTANBUL/TURKEY, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” and Dr. Yusuf Marasli, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”
Commitments of the Parties The Service Provider undertakes to provide advertising services for the Client’s health tourism concept website. The Client desires to benefit from the services offered by the Service Provider and collaborate.
Information and Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all information provided confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. Confidential information includes trade secrets, client lists, financial information, business strategies, and other commercial or technical information. In the event of any disclosure of confidential information, the other party must be promptly notified.
Confidentiality Undertaking The Client agrees to comply with the confidentiality undertaking concerning all services and confidential information provided by the Service Provider. This undertaking covers the Client’s employees, representatives, or third parties who have access to confidential information and remains valid even after the termination of this agreement.
Data Protection and Security The Service Provider undertakes to protect and maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s data in compliance with laws and regulations. Necessary security measures are taken to prevent data breaches and keep the Client’s personal information confidential.
Termination of the Agreement Neither party may terminate or terminate this agreement without the written consent of the other party. Upon termination of the agreement, both parties commit to the return or destruction of confidential information.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of London. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to seek resolution through mediation first.
